Due to the nature of our offerings, which include program fees and live session fees, Xperto does not provide any money-back guarantee.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Program Fees
   • Once a program fee is paid, it is non-refundable.
   • We do not offer refunds or credits for any reason, including but not limited to, participant cancellation, scheduling conflicts, or changes in personal circumstances.
2. Live Session Fees
   • Fees for live sessions are also non-refundable.
   • Cancellations made by participants for any reason will not be eligible for a refund or credit.

Exceptions

• In the rare event that Xperto cancels a program or live session, participants will be given the option to transfer their fee to a future session or receive a full refund.
